In a cutting-edge case watched by credit professionals and health care providers nationally, Elliott Greenleaf secured a significant victory for its client, Aetna, Inc., when the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania dismissed a class action suit of behalf of thousands of putative plaintiffs alleging an increased risk of identity theft resulting from an alleged computer database breach.
