Mr. Casey, a skilled attorney experienced in commercial litigation, including general corporate, products liability and medical malpractice, will be based in Scranton, but will also service Elliott Greenleaf’s clients throughout Pennsylvania and in Wilmington.
“Pat Casey is an experienced litigator whose leadership and legal acumen will serve our clients well throughout Pennsylvania’s courtrooms and board rooms,” said John M. Mr. Casey said “I am excited to join this dynamic and accomplished law firm that not only services diverse clients, but is also committed to successfully guiding clients through ever-evolving business and social changes. Elliott Greenleaf’s commitment to its clients is exceptional. I have known John Elliott and several of the Firm’s attorneys for many years, and feel that their creative and responsible approach to problem-solving made the Firm a perfect fit for me.“
Mr. Casey currently lives in Scranton with his wife Anne and their six children.
