Joseph J. Joyce is an associate in the Firm's Northeastern Pennsylvania Offices. Prior to joining the Firm, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Correale F. Stevens, Judge of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, and Presiding Judge over special argument court sessions of the Superior Court. During his clerkship, he worked on a variety of novel appellate matters in Pennsylvania.

Mr. Joyce received a B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh in 2002 He earned his Juris Doctorate degree at Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island where he participated in the law school's criminal defense clinic and represented clients in the Rhode Island District Court.

Mr. Joyce is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar; he is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania; he is a member of the Luzerne and Lackawanna County Bar Associations; and, he resides in Hughestown, Pa.
